Floor Speech: Rep. Liz Pike explains why she voted no on gas tax increase

Rep. Liz Pike, R-Camas, urged fellow lawmakers early Wednesday morning to vote against Senate Bill 5982, a measure that would increase the state’s gas tax by nearly 12 cents a gallon to pay for transportation projects in Washington.
