Rep. Liz Pike talks to Lars Larson about bridge project
Rep. Liz Pike, R-Camas talked about continuing efforts to improve the drive between Southwest Washington and Oregon. She has introduced legislation that would create a task force to identify affordable and effective ways to ensure that 65 thousand motorists making the trip on a daily basis are able to have a smooth commute. One of the biggest challenges surrounds the bridge over the Columbia River. After a pointed joke from host Lars Larson, Pike got down to business explaining options and solutions being presented by engineers concerning the challenges being faced motorists on a daily basis.
